The scorching heat of a DFW summer is finally behind us, and it is finally FALL!!! I'm not really sure when this became my favorite season (when we experienced it in Pittsburgh perhaps?), but I can say without a doubt that it is. Maybe it is because it begins the long holliday season, or maybe it is because now that we have kids the change in seasons and all the traditions that come with it seem more meaningful...
Whatever the reason, we are just so glad that it is here! The following are just a few reasons we LOVE Fall:
- Cooler afternoons allow us to frolic at the park with friends. We spend almost EVERY afternoon at the park!
- FOOTBALL!! Need i say more?
- Honeycrisp Apples. Seriously. Have you tried these? Like biting into apple cider. Yummy....
- Family traditions like visiting the Pumpkin Patch to pick out a pumpkin. So much fun (when the kids are behaving, that is:-))
- Beginning new family traditions...Our first time carving a pumpkin. Abby did a GREAT job!
- Special events at school. Petting zoo and pumpkin patch? Yes, please!
- Late evening walks in our pajamas. We love enjoying the cool night air before bedtime.
- Speaking of pajamas....it is now cool enough to start wearing the cute pajamas with the feet! How cute are these babies in their PJs?
We are so blessed to be able to enjoy Fall with our sweet family. So blessed:-)

Awww sweet sweet babies. Yes Fall sure does look good on everybody!
And looks like ya'll are having a blast as a family! That's just wonderful! So impressed with pumpkin!! We haven't done one yet.
