Jake's First Haircut

Our little man had his first haircut experience! His hair wasn't terribly long, just getting long enough to stick out in funny, random places. And with his first birthday just days away, we thought it might be nice to be clean cut for the big day.


Well, just as I thought, our laid-back little guy was just fine having a stranger come at him with sharp scissors. He very much enjoyed "driving" the little car he was strapped in to and loved watching Elmo on TV. He did start to get a little fussy at the end (you can only expect a baby to sit quietly in one spot for so long), but the introduction of the buzzing clippers seemed to calm him down again.

Such a handsome little boy!
